Scott A. Kamber, Managing Partner
As lead counsel in dozens of class actions, Scott Kamber has won hundreds of millions of dollars in relief for clients and set precedents for consumer privacy and security. He has tried over 15 cases to verdict, handled negotiations on five continents, and vindicated the rights torture victims. Mr. Kamber graduated cum laude from the University of California Hastings College of the Law where he was Order of the Coif, Constitutional Law Quarterly Articles Editor, and Moot Court Board member.
David Stampley
Dave Stampley has handled consumer privacy and security legal matters for over ten years. As an Assistant Attorney General in New York, he led landmark e-commerce privacy and security actions. He tried 30 cases while a prosecutor in the Manhattan D.A.'s Office. Mr. Stampley was a privacy consultant for information security consultancy, Neohapsis, and served as Director of Privacy for Reynolds & Reynolds, a technology solutions provider. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.
Deborah Kravitz
Deborah Kravitz focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation, having practiced with major law firms, served as a federal prosecutor in the DOJ's Tax Division, and served as chief compliance officer of a global oil and gas services concern. She graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law where she was Law Review assistant editor and Moot Court Board member, and she clerked for the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow.

Grace E. Tersigni focuses on class actions involving consumer privacy and security, and employment matters. Prior to joining KamberLaw, Mrs. Tersigni represented employees, investors and consumers in class actions in state and federal courts across the country. She also worked in the Internet and Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureaus of the NYS Attorney General's Office. She graduated from New York Law School, where she was the Executive Articles Editor of the New York Law School Law Review and a Harlan Scholar at the NYLS Institute for Information Law and Policy.
